CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Co-Curricular activities or extracurriculars help to develop positive habits for betterearly development of a child. An extracurricular activity, is any activity childrenperform beyond the school’s standard curriculum. These activities are based on theirpersonal interests that can help develop a new skill.
ART & CRAFT
We believe that art & craft is the best way to develop all the developmental areas of children and this the time when children are in their purest form, they involve so deeply while doing art craft, that they just want to do whole day. we make them do art & craft every day with different concepts of learning. kids primarily use their hands to explore, and in doing so, they build upon their fine motor skills that will later be used for writing, buttoning clothes, zipping jackets and tying shoes.
WATER PLAY
There is a strong connection between water & children, they just love to do water play and we make sure that this connection remains strong, we also arrange so many water plays in which children learns various concepts like sinking & floating, soaking & squeezing water and many more.
ROLE PLAY
Role play is the time when children enters to another character to play & to act & behave like that particular character. This give them chance to feel that character. In our curriculum there are various concepts and activities in which children get chance to do role play of various different character.
PUPPET SHOW
As we all know children want something interesting to learn new things, and visual learning is the most effective learning way of making them involve in various activities . Puppet theatre is the best place to involve them in stories and rhymes. By seeing the moving character of story in the form of puppets, they actually understand that story & relate it to different character.
DRAWING , COLOURING
There is a free hand drawing time in our schedule when children go into their imaginary world and try to draw it on paper. we encourage them to draw whatever they are imagining about that topic and we give them chance to choose their colors by themselves to fill that drawing as colour choosing is also a part of visual development.
INDOOR GAMES
Just like outdoor games, indoor games also provide entertainment and relaxation for children. They will also be able to know the value of sportsmanship and discipline while playing indoor games. It Develops creativity and we encourage kids to play various indoor games to develop their hand-eye coordination. games like different sensory plays, scavengers hunt and memory games develop their overall development ares.
SENSORY PLAY
Sensory play establishes a foundation for preschoolers to be able to work towards more complex tasks, strengthen language development, improve problem-solving skills, and support cognitive growth. Sensory play activities often involve hearing different sounds, feeling the different texture by touching, seeing the different colours and doing sorting, smelling the different things like lemon or perfume and tasting the different food items like sugar or salt.
